Bernard M. Kiely, CPA, CFP, MBA

Bernie has been providing Fee-Only financial planning, investment advisory and income tax services for individuals for over 25 years. He was recognized by WORTH Magazine as one of "The Best Financial Advisors" in the nation four years in a row. His practice was profiled in the December 2000 issue of Investment Advisor Magazine and in the February 2003 issue of the NAPFA Advisor. Accounting Today magazine has twice listed him as one of the CPAs to know in financial planning. New Jersey Monthly Magazine listed named Bernie as a "New Jersey Five Star Wealth Mangaer" in both 2011 and 2012.

Bernie has been a Certified Financial Planner licensee and Registered Investment Advisor since 1983. He is one of 2,000 members of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). He is a past member of the NAPFA National Board and is currently Dean of the NAPFA School of Taxation. Bernard is a member of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of CPA's (NJSCPA) where he is a former member of the Board of Trustees and a former Chairman of the Personal Financial Planning Committee. Bernie has a BA in Accounting from Upsala College and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Yvonne C. Kiely, CMFC, MBA

Yvonne is Vice-President and Treasurer of Kiely Capital Management, Inc. where she manages the day-to-day investment and reporting processes. She has a BA in English and a BS in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Upsala College and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. Additionally, she is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC).
