Fees - Investment Management Services
Fees for our Investment Management Services are based on the value of the assets in the client's account. Asset Management Services are provided on a discretionary basis. Fees are based on the following schedule:

1% of invested assets |
| $1,000,001 to 2,000,000 |
¾% of invested assets |
| $2,000,001 and up |
½% of invested assets |
Our minimum annual fee for our Investment Management Services is $5,000 per year, which is $1,250 per calendar quarter.
Fees: - Written Retirement Plans
Fees for our written Long Term Cash Flow start at $3,750.00 and are based on an hourly rate of $250.00. In most cases the fee is the same no matter how rich or how poor you are, the work is the same. The fee for the preparation of your plan is determined after the review of your unique situation.
Fees: - Office Consultations
Office consultations may be provided at an hourly rate of $250.00. Our minimum office consultation for new clients is 2 hours.
